Hello all so I just tried to shoot my first round with the magazine and it stuck. Is this a common problem how do I get it out safely. Should I remove all of the air? What can I do to prevent this from happening in the future?

I have had a couple rifles with sliced barrel orings and a kral that the transfer port didn't line up to get air to barrel, all on new rifles.

You should be able to see the oring itself when looking into the breach. Sorry looking at the avenger diagram I see it is on the probe. Make sure it is on there. Number 4
The other thing is the transfer port maybe blocked with lead from pellet fragments.

Either hammer spring isn't set tight enough, the regulator isn't set correctly, or the barrel is misaligned. Air is not getting to the pellet.

I have a feeling that one or both probe o-rings got screwed up but it could be more involved. Think returning gun for a new one might be in order. Hopefully I'll talk to her later. IF Transfer Port isn't aligned then it came from factory like that. She never removed barrel.
EDIT: Just noticed in Sara's picture of the jammed pellets that were removed, there are pieces of black debris on the table behind pellets. Maybe shredded probe o-ring pieces? Have to get clarification.

When you are pulling the bolt back to cock the gun, do you feel it latch before closing the bolt?

Just noticed your picture of when you finally got the magazine out. Looks like you might have damaged the o-ring at the very end of the barrel at the breech. Take a close look.

Ok tons of learning amd trouble shooting to do on this. Of all the suggestions what would be the simplist reason for this problem? That is how I like to start when I'm trouble shooting. I'll start with makimf sure I hear the click when I pull the lever. I'll record it. Then I'm thinking o rings is next simple solution. Does that sound like a logical path to start?

These problems are always interesting, with the barrel clear of any pellets, fire the rifle with a kleenex folded over the end of barrel, does it blow the tissue apart?

Do you feel/hear anything when you fire the rifle? You should at least feel the hammer release and valve strike. I’m wondering if your hammer is not latching. A short video of loading and firing may help tell us where to point you.

What I think is where the o rings is
I did the tissue paper test it didn't rip it. Another thing I noticed is once in awhile when I pull the trigger. Sometimes it sounds louder than other times. Like you can really hear the puff of air come out and other times sounds like no air.

The oring would be further forward on the pin probe.
Something like this with a groove to hold the oring in. So if you have a groove but no oring, it's missing.

It is also possible that you got something jammed into the transfer port. You did have a lot off pellets jammed in there, so perhaps a piece of pellet is lodged in there. It does happen, and has to me before.
