Air Venturi Avenger sprung a leak

I had just got new batteries for the ATN X-sight scope and mounted it to the .25 Avenger yesterday. Everything was going just fine until I got low on pellets. I closed up the shop and came in. This morning I went to the casting shed and dropped a couple hundred pellets. When I got back to the shop I noticed the gauge on the Avenger was on 0. So it connected it to the YH compressor and fired it up. It got to around 4k and wouldn't go any higher. Suspecting the compressor I bled the line and put a terminator in the QD. Fired it back up and it went to 4500 no problem.
When I looked at the Avenger gauge it was already down to 2k. I went to the PA website to order a kit and they are out of stock and research shows me they have been out of stock for quite awhile.
I suppose I should consider myself lucky.. I've had this gun for a few years now and never has one single issue.
So, now what? I don't want to just buy the oring kit.. if I'm going into the gun I want to do a complete rebuild. Besides.. I read that's it typically the poppet that fails.

Any idea where Avenger is leaking? Soapy water spray bottle and balloon tied to muzzle would be my first efforts to find. WM

Yeah, I've resealed several guns before... like I said, if I'm going into the gun I just want to do the whole thing... I have other guns to shoot until the come back in stock. I just chatted with Doug at PA and he said they are way over due with no updated eta.

I made an executive decision..
I light of the fact that the AV Avenger complete rebuild kit may be unobtanium for at least the foreseeable future I decided to just order the Capt. O-Ring kit and hope for the best.
I do have large o-ring kits from Harbor Freight in both SAE and Metric but they don't always have what we need. Case in point.. they don't have the right size for the Discovery valve front half that seals the valve to the tube. That's another size I need to order in bulk to have on hand.
Anyways, I'll pull the plenum and main tube off the gun today and have a look at the condition of those rings and see if my kits have the correct sizes. But like I said above... the failed poppet has been a common issue with these guns. If it turns out I have the right o-rings on hand, I will still be a kit ahead.
I'll post my findings here.

Watched a video by Rick Eutsler where he just pulled the tubes off the gun and found hard and bloated out orings. He replaced those two orings and put the gun back together and it held air. Just being curious I pulled the tubes off of mine and found the same hard and blown out orings. I replaced them with a couple I had on hand that looked to be the same size. I put 2k in the gun and it held so I put it back together. But when I took it to 4k I could hear it leaking from those orings.. obviously I put the wrong size in.
So now I'll just wait until the kit comes in and put the correct orings in.
I got an e-mail that the kit had shipped so it shouldn't be but a few days.

FYI, a Danco #40 oring from Home Depot works like a champ on the Disco valve head, gauge block, AND the fill adapter. The Danco #40 works for a P-Rod, 1701, 1720 valve, fill adapter, and gauge block.

Thanks... no HD here but Lowes had them. I placed the order for a 10 pack for $4 and I'll run in and pick them up tomorrow... thanks for the heads up.
