Average # of Marauder recharges from a standard 3300 scuba tank? And more ??s

couldnt tell ya exactly, but considering its what an 80 or 100cf tank and the marauder usually functions best at a 2800 or so charge i would guess well over 50 .... as far as water depends on if theres water in the tank and whos filling it i guess .. if you use a filter in-between your going to lose alot more air every time you fill unless you build an inline valve and bleeder .. it snowballs from there cost wise .. better off just buying a 4500 rated tank to start with with all those kinds of issues ..

I don’t have an answer to your question but there are a few details you might want to clear up so someone else might be able to help. By standard I’m assuming you’re referring to the aluminum 80 (most common tank around). It has 80 cubic feet of air at 3000psi. High pressure SCUBA tanks fill to 3500psi and low pressure fill to 2800 (these are not common), 3300 isn’t a common fill pressure for any tank but a lot of shops make a habitat of over filling or your gage could be off.

Each time you fill the cilinder you compensate pressures among the tank and the cilinder of the rifle.

If you start with 3,000 pounds in the tank and want to fill the rifle to 2,900, you just have extra 100 to get to the same pressure in both.

After you get in the tank to 2,900, you will be able to fill the rifle each time to lower pressure.

That is why is better to have a tank that can be filled to 4,500..... There you have 1,600 extra to compensate.

Buy a compresor and forget about squba shop.
