Much like Google Reviews - members are allowed to create (1) unique thread for each vendor/manufacturer. You may "edit" your thread at any time to reflect any changes.
I had an issue with a part and called FX USA....after a couple quick questions, was told they would send me a new part. Less than a week later got the new part....it doesn't get any better than that.....I will definitely be buying another FX gun soon....
