Speaking for the Extreme Booster pump, which I have ,I’m gonna say you get what you pay for.The Arrytek has more accessories that come with it ,like extra guage and isolation valve. The Extreme Booster pump does basically the same thing as Aarytek but the components are cheaper and so is the overall price. If you’ll notice, the Arrytek uses wire flex protection on the ends of the microbore hoses, for instance. My Extreme Booster does not have that anti kink protection. Its little shortcuts in quality that make the Extreme Booster cheaper, but by the time I bought extra guages and micro bore hoses,I was over $1000 .What's the difference between this Ayrtekk $1600 booster compared to THIS $899 booster?
And compared to the cheaper $595 Altaros new version?
Besides price ??? (OF COURSE!!!)

OLD $595 VERSION with plastic tool box type case.

$100 extra ??? for a metal case instead of the plastic tool box type case?

@RM.510bigbore I've looked at the Altaros pumps as well. They are $800+ and $1K = respectively. Cant say what the differences are between the 2 models I saw.Check out Altros website they have multiple versions of the unit and video s of it working... When I get funds my next investment might be a booster pump like altros... My weak link is my yong heng compressor... I'd like to go to 4500 psi Valve in my Texan ..And also have options of compressing helium into my scba tanks also. It's a expensive hobby one piece at a time....I can get big tanks of helium locally but at only 2000 psi...with a booster pump you can compress helium with air pressure and put in your scba tank to 4500 psi. Helium 30 percent faster.. Just for hunting season....
Well how a HPA Booster works.....I'm still trying to figure out how these things work. It would be nice to show how this booster works without max 125 psi input from a shop compressor. It would be nice to have something like this while shooting big bores. How do you keep the moisture from the shop compressor out of your SCBA tank?
