does the ballistic coefficient for a given pellet stay the same, regardless of the speed it's traveling?

i.e. my gun has six different power settings, with six different muzzle velocities, for a given pellet. Will the ballistic coefficient be the same regardless of which setting I have it at?

The BC is not constant and does change with velocity, but the BC of a diabolo pellet is so poor that at air gun ranges it will not make enough difference to matter. You can measure the velocity of a projectile at two different distances but what you are getting is the average BC at that distance.
If you have Chairgun on your computer, play with the BC and you can see how little impact it has.
