Well figured i go back to irons and see if using that scope a little bit ruined me..

Nice shooting. When shooting a springer at 50 yrds I'm happy if I can get a group like that with a scope.

Allergy eyes forced me back on scope.

This time i got a dimes worth ..lol @1¢ a pellet? Man if they'd fall in like that everytime i shot i call myself good.

That's what I did with the hatsan 125. Nothing wrong with the scope but just wanted one of my rifles to be open sighted.

I shot my hatsan 95 open . Honestly that scope stope with the iddybitty screws gave no confidence of holding a scope over the many shots i tend to take so i never mounted on up on it.. it did goo on irons. So no biggie..

I can see the top / one .. 50 y i need atleast 1" in good light just right . Or mostly 1-1/4 normal with the hw sights.

Just for you just now . Quickie 50... I knocked the scope off and made the bulls set at 50y cphp.177 irons left to right tail wind ( bad time of day to shoot). Grouped good but off center right low , oh well I tried

Ya, definitely i got knocked off right.
50foot tells no tails on windage check.

Yes it would be great. Open sights. Off hand competition. 10 yard, 30 yards then 50 yards.
Without the rest stuff. This would separate the men from the boys. Hahaha. I'd enter a competition like that.
