Mom was on the other side of that shed. Creek behind the house and the hide down in there since it's in town and they know they're safe from hunters down there.

Most i see lately are last years buck twins thete just spikes. At the back pond atea there a nice rack but i never get glass on him . He likes poppinf up when im farther away and just my poir old eyes to see him .. its a 4 or 6. Maybe 2-3 year buck. He comes in from the north wooded property

My neighborhood is ate up with deer. I use to like watching them. After hitting two in two separate cars and them eating $1000's worth of landscaping I'm about fed up with them. Had a coyote gut one in my yard one night, that was fun to clean up.
Awsome pictures though. I do get kick out of watching the young ones bouncing around.
Thats become a issue near everywhere.
Deer sure like hiway ditch grass i guess soaking up motorist pollution makes it tasty..🤔. Heck hunting got so boring due to a guy can just shoot one out his back door or just watch a spot for a hour. Last year they just destroyed my garden and thats with a high 3 strand electric fence. Nibbled off stems and lots of tracks.. worse it ever been

They've been expanding the outskirts of the village with businesses and all that building has taken out former deer habitat, so they've wandered into the village hunting food. Once they wandered as far as the creek behind me, they realized they had a safe place, stayed put and wander the yards and creek from here to the edge of town and back. Turned into quite the nuisance the village is trying to now figure out how to handle while still clearing more and more of the land they used to live on/in.

Lol.
Theres them deer in a store news things oftin . One of the biggest bucks ive seen was in the city cemetery at the main roads gate. Folks see them grazing thete yards in the hart of town.

Before the population explosion here and the old land owners died and there lands subdivided you had to run dogs all over the county it eas 2 deer a day everyday.. out of a hunting party if you got one a day that was a big day.

Now overrun with deer and thats all gone and a season limit . Go figure

They need to allow urban bow hunting to help get the numbers down. I see them all the time around here in subdivisions and parks, and it's never just one.
Its like they want to make it worse.. was it kansas when i was there on some jobs it was like the number 1 car accident thing .. daddly its unlawful to remove sny part of a derr from the road and dide there eas some big fine racks in the ditch i mean trophy horns.

Then the liberal bleeding hart animal / anti hunting lovers they bow to instead of allowing more to the srason to help control the problem.. see it here mote and more every year like ny and California folks moving in and want to change our way of life to the one they fled from . Go figure

I have seen fawns in my backyard but not mature deer. My yard is completely fenced. They can easily hop over it but don't seem to want to. I see the droppings sometimes, however, so I know they visit from time to time. I have lots of acorns on the ground and a little surprised they don't visit more often. Seems like they have plenty of food. There are still a few small farms around me but it's mostly residential lots. I see the mature deer more out walking the dog. There is a nice little 4 point herding his does.
