Tuning Baker trigger mod-safety not working

I have several different brands of those drop in metal trigger blade replacements and NONE even came close to the feel of true match grade Challenger / Marauder Gen1 trigger drop in replacement with credit or gift card shim spacer. Real disappointment here. Wasted $30-75 on those drop in trigger kits for sure trying them all. If you need ounces then the Challenger and Gen1 Marauder trigger is the only way to go. You can get them down to around 3 ounces with a little work if 4-6 ounces too heavy for you.

A couple of items for using the Mrod G1/Challenger trigger on 7/8" tube guns.

- As mentioned, you may need a shim. If you get excessive sear drag, need to use shim or slightly mod sear. For me, that has seemed to follow the hammer I was using. For Prod hammers, had to shim or mod. For disco/max/fortitude hammers, did not. If you do mod the sear, it can not be moved to the thicker tubed Mrod G1.

- It does not come with a trigger guard. You can use the challenger one, but need to do some threading to trigger pack or tube. Also, needs some stock inletting on the muzzle side of trigger slot. A hacksaw blade makes quick work of that. I used the DiscoRUS 3D printed guard, but do not know if it is available anymore.
