Will changing the O rings to Quad rings on the JSAR bulldog valve solve the stiction issue? Or is it not inverted?

Not an inverted design ... No X-ring in that valve IMO

I've never owned the JSAR Bulldog valve, however based on feedback I've seen I don't believe there are many if anyone running that valve trouble-free for an extended period of time. Between the stiction challenges and leaks most examples I am aware of were removed by their owners. Unfortunately I don't think there is an easy fix. Such are the risks when purchasing on the leading edge of innovation......
