Banned?

Yesterday I tried to log in form various sources and in all cases I was told that my IP address has been banned. I could not even contact a moderator and even tried to contact Michael on Facebook, to no avail. Today I managed to log in without issues.

Can anyone inform me why this happened?

That sort of thing happens automatically thanks to some "services" that try to identify malicious IP's. Everyone gets caught in the crossfire (not just here) at some time, but it's usually resolved pretty quickly.

Similar thing happened to me on my first attempt to register. Indicated that I was banned for spam, which is clearly a mistake. I'm here under a different username/email address. I'd like to figure out how to get my first attempt worked through. Any ideas on how to contact the admin? Thanks

If you use a VPN most forums will not accept you.
