I'm new to the forum (this is actually my first post), and wanted to ask if any Barra 400e owners have experienced any jamming problems and if anyone has tried to disassemble their gun to fix a jam.
I purchased my gun a little over a month ago, and have really enjoyed it, to the point of investing in five extra mags, and an extra battery. It's the favorite gun in my collection by far, so when it stopped working last Saturday I immediately reached out to Barra support.
I've noticed that there's a bb stuck in the throat of the inlet itself (see my pictures) that appears to be causing the jam, and Barra support responded this morning, with an instructional video on how to disassemble the gun to get at the jammed BB.
Unfortunately, I'm having an impossible time removing the upper receiver... it's stuck in there like nobody's business, and I'm concerned about applying too much force to it and damaging it another way.
I've been speaking with Barra support and they've been great, but I'm stuck here and looking for any advice you guys might have on how to fix this.
