Barrel fouling within 75ish shots

75 shots sound a bit low to me, but as i am always pushing the edge and so not really doing any hole on hole shooting i cant say for sure if i experience any better.
BUT ! i can say for damn sure that both in my FX and my current CZ barrel rifle i shoot a hell of a lot more shots in between cleanings,,,,,, but i am trying to clean my barrel more frequently CUZ it is not like it is a big deal to do.

I should maybe experiment a little on this some nice warm summer day at the range, CUZ i will very easy do over 1000 shots in a day, and so if it only take that little i can run several batches of shot count tests.

The biggest problem is probably will i go insane shooting a mere 50 M a whole day.

Could be that i have wasted time and ammo for a long time

If wanting to pull the lead out ? .... you WANT the SNUG & SQUEAKY pull threw of a bore snake !!!!
Wiping the bore with a patchworm is near useless for the task your trying to do.
My favorite sound when I'm cleaning. The SQEAKY aounds let me know I am basically done other then a light film patch after. I run 3 patches 1/4 folded back to back in line, so 3 patches in bore at the same time. I push em with dowl rods. The Squeaks haven't lied to me yet. I can throw barrel up to light or scope & it's clean. I think alot of people also think there barrel is clean from patch indication but just dragging a loose patch isn't going do it.

Yeah I have a bore scope, that’s how I figured that it has a real mirror finish… I already cleaned it after shooting today for the pic, but shouldn’t be a problem to get it bad again and check :)
If a scope pic was posted I don't see it on my end.? Do you know location were the build up of lead is .? & do you know were the tight spots in barrel are.? I still don't think I'd be going further on a 1 holer at 50 but would be fun to find out were & why. It's gotta be building up in a heavily restriction/choked up area, I bet. I posted a pic of a jagged pit in my groove & also onto the lands on a newer LW barrel . Should be ok now but it would have been a mid barrel lead collector

Mirror finish is NOT what you want ... but more an @ 320 smooth but buff surface finish.
Scrub the bore with a brush BUT USE NO OIL, KROLL, BALISTOL, WD40 etc ..... Clean outside & safely with NAPTHA / White Gas ONLY and then a liberal application of a HARD WAX such as TREWAX on a warm barrel. Let barrel cool and wax fully harden.
NO NEED to dry patch post waxing ... Shoot It !!! letting projectile take out the wax as & where needed.

Also note an air gun barrel shooting soft lead projectiles IS NO DIFFERENT than a powder burner barrel and leading will happen no matter what you do when velocities are 800 ish and above. You can get the barrel to not foul as quickly, but most instances it will at some point require lead removal cleaning again & again.
Do you recommend a bronze brush or nylon? Thanks. Good post btw.

Nope, it has a brush
