Batting .333 this am

Had a small window of opportunity this am between 9 & 11, so I made the best of it.

Decided to leave Marauder Jr, (stretched P-Rod) at the house and take Marauder Sr. in .25 for a spin.

Woods wet, easy to move quietly, and had to actually back track to bag this one. Heard him barking, made a slow stalk, and at one point he closed the gap & gave me a shot.

Saw two more, but they put the slip on me.

I keep hoping I'll run across some on a feeding frenzy attacking an oak or hickory, but not so far.

My fellow AGN hunters are kicking my butt, but I'm not giving up, having too much fun, still much better than a day at work!
