LW still sells smooth bore .177cal barrel blanks, but you would need to have someone machine them for you.

Thanks for the reply and reference links. I'll have to see if LW might make one that isn't choked. The McMaster-Carr round tube offerings is intriguing. You need to email them what you want, and then they will reply via email with a quote. It's pretty quick and easy to work with them. I ordered 2 barrels from them last year.
