Beautiful day of squirrel hunting

I admire anyone that can put a vid together while actually hunting. Are the shots of you preparing to take your shot done in real time? I mean no disrespect, this is not a critique -

Also, maybe mute the audio on the slow mo portions? Digital audio is very nasty to my ears when slowed down.

You inspired me to actually use my Trigger Stick on my last hunt. It was very effective, used them on 4 out of 5 shots.

Keep the hunting content coming purdy please!

It was 71 degrees and blue skies today here in NC. I got 3 squirrels on the local game lands and put together this quick video.

I’d like to improve the quality of my videos. I think I need to add some commentary. Any other suggestions?

very nicely done ! I like the , You then the shot / you then the shot , instead of the usual squirrel in the cross hairs /squirrel in the crosshairs . video

I appreciate the input. The shots of me preparing to take the shots are not in real time. They are taken after the shot from the shooting spot and position that I was in.

Filming yourself while trying to stalk and being quiet and stealthy is harder than I expected. I guess that’s why there’s not much quality gray squirrel hunting footage out there. Shooting from a fixed position would be easier but I would get far fewer shots. I’ll keep trying though.

I’m glad the shooting sticks are working out for you!
