Made in Japan by Hakko. Comes with box. Has some slight marks on it. I can see ring marks at the right angle in the light. The glass is great and functions as it should. I've loved 66R scopes since the first one I got on as a kid in the early 80's. Perfect under 50 yard scope on a pcp carbine for backyard pesting. $200 paypal F&F
