Oooooo!!! I might do that tooThis is my earlier post about easier loading modification.
I found this mod I performed makes loading easy beans with the Air Venturi pellet pen. Makes it a straight into the end of the barrel loading procedure. Make approximately a 1/2" diameter hole right at the bottom of the rear sight. ( picture #1 & 2) You will also have to relieve the shelf just behind the rear sight screw nut, (picture #3) this can be all be accomplished with a Dremel or a rat tail file. Will only take a few minutes because you are only removing plastic material. (Picture #4) shows straight in with pellet pen ------SURE MAKES LOADING A LOT EASIER

I worked the trigger on one and it is extremely good. The P17 has a surprisingly good two stage trigger. Not the greatest but certainly not the worst either. I think it will get better with a 500 pellet break in period. Damn good trigger for the price, everyone should have one of these. They do have a little crack to them, I was surprised. Will have to shoot it over a chrony and see how fast they are going.
I agree, loading is not the easiest. There is a trick to balancing a pellet on your finger to make loading a little easier. Have to keep an open hand when closing or something is going to get pinched. The good news is you will only do it once if ever.
Great idea! I just ordered a Venturi pellet pen so I can try it.This is my earlier post about easier loading modification.
