Beer Can Justice artillery style at 102 yards…

After hitting the saline bottle on my first and second shots of the evening at 102 yards. I decided to try for the can on it’s end, two shots, two hits, of course I have to walk back out to reset the can… Conditions were very still, wind indicators barely moving. Sweet Atomic XR, CPHPs are dropping 4 feet and hitting! Never gets old…

Just sending a few pellets down range in the smoky haze of the Canadian fires… the smoke is affecting my evening plinking sessions.

@KatoKevin454, thanks. I really do feel like an artillery man, lobbing them out there. I know the Atomic is not a long range shooter, so it’s strictly for fun. But in practical terms from 60 yards and in? Chipmunk sized critters are in mortal peril.

Great shooting. Always look forward to your posts. I know what they are going to be about, but your enthusiasm for that Atomic never gets old.
Keep it up and you may convince an FX slug junkie to lay off the hard stuff long enough to enjoy something casual and pleasant!
