Behemoth or STO

Hey all,
Recently took delivery of a Uragan2 in 30 cal.
Fantastic shooter I've only had it out once sighted in at 50 and 100yards with a ok scope. Waiting for new Discovery ffp. I'll post results later.
My question is I'm toying with the idea of adding a STO or Behemoth by Edgun moderator.
From various reviews here and GTA the STO gets high marks and gets more comments while the Behemoth has less comments and reviews.
Some comments have indicated a potential issue with the STO getting fouled with lead dust. On the other hand the Behemoth has a repair kit that address the issue.
So, what to do?

The STO FALX that I had, which I liked for sound and accuracy, can be opened up to 'fix' the innards. I also made an error and got some plastic threads in mine. I contacted STO via their website and got a reply in a day or so.
Early-on, I had removed the innards to clean them and it's slightly complicated to repack, but I was able to get it done and it functioned just fine.
STO will also sell the innards for a decent price if they get too gummed up.

Yeah love the STO Falx and Sarissa. They work so well. Swear they helped with groups too. Now I want to try a behemoth. lol

Well? Don’t leave us in suspense... how is the sound & accuracy? What flow rate? Which rifle? Does the exit hole line up with the bore well? Are you happy with your purchase?

i cant tell the difference between in performance of the STO Faux and the AGT moderators on my
Uragan-1 .30. they both work very well

Well sorry about that, unfortunately it was sending slugs very high at one hundred yards a good 3 to four feet. I really did not focus on the sound. I attached it to my Uragan2 30. I have emailed STO and sent photos and STO is willing to have me send back so they can evaluate. Frankly I've been focusing on my new Zulus and will send the moderator back next week.

Mine did the same, drastically changed POI on my Skout .30 cal. Sent it back to STO and it was returned to me in the same condition. It currently sits unused, as it’s kinda large for most of my guns.

I didn’t try, it’s usable on other guns and I need to revisit it. I originally bought it for my Skout Epoch, and there are other options available now.

I’ve had the same issue with a Pugio. Accuracy was fine on a .22 gun, but its sound reduction sucked. Put it on a .30 and the sound reduction was amazing but accuracy went wild. It’s currently on a .25 and for its size, it does as good as bigger mods. My STO Falx was wild with my .30 LW barrel. But it’s much better with my FX barrel installed. But it’s not as accurate as a 3 section Huma. But is is slightly more quiet. Mods are like projectiles. You have to find what your gun likes. Unfortunately it isn’t cheap.
