Benjamin .177 Black Lightning

I needed something to even the odds with chipmunks. So a quick search of local stores in a small town turned up "Black Lightning". Very stiff pump even for a senior but doable. After running fifty shots through it the poi is beginning to stabilize. Seems like a decent rifle for the price. Seems to like hollow points the best. All synthetic ammo sold out everywhere. This has the "nitro piston elite". Seems like a decent accurate rifle. What do you folks think?

I have a couple .22 scopes can those replace and improve over center point or do you need a air rifle scope?
