I bought a Benjamin Akela (Kral made) last week that has some minor issues (o-rings chewed up by burrs). This morning I called Benjamin customer support, spoke with a very pleasant and helpful person, gave them a list of the o-rings I needed, and before I was off the phone I already received an email confirmation of my order. Oh, and by the way, no charge! Why can't all air rifle manufacturers and dealers offer this kind of customer service?
