Benjamin Akela stuck pellet

I had a few non-lead pellets get stuck in my Akela .22 barrel on lower power. They were Predator GTO non-lead. The Akela has a choked barrel FWIW. They were stuck so tight, the cocking handle would fly backward with no air escaping through the muzzle but leaking out past the probe seal. Well I called my friend at Crosman Randy Holmes (he owns three Akela's and love them) and he warned me not to use non-lead pellets, especially on less than full power because of the choked barrel and the hardness and relative inflexibility of the skirt. Makes sense. On a couple of stuck pellets, I was able to remove the mag and recock the rifle and shot them out. On the third one, I had to use my fiberglass cleaning rod and tap it back down the barrel and out the throat. Just want to pass along his advice.
