Tuning benjamin bulldog - can it be downtuned? noise level after moderator

If it's the loud ping then add this inside the air tube. Trim diameter with a drill (makeshift lathe) and a sharp knife or chisel to fit snug in tube.

Depinger for cheap.

Your local hardware store may have it too.

Not familiar with Bulldog model but if it's a QE (quiet energy) and you put the moderator on the end of the QE shroud (with proper adapter) as opposed to directly on end of barrel it should quiet the bark WAY down. That's what I did with my BT65, .25 with a Donny FL Ronin and I was amazed at how quiet it got. Like a 2 low-medium. If it's the ping you're talking about Odoyle, above, is right on the money.
