Need instructions for switching cocking lever from R to L on a Benjamin Bulldog. Anyone know of videos or instructions out there?

Yes that thoughtful "404" is due to Crosman's New and Improved (kidding kidding) web design, yah!
Maybe just the pdf will do you, no worries if your at all diy handy at all. Seems you want to remember to loosen #27 before #26(?).

I did it to mine a few years back but just dont recall other than it was totally straight forward/simple, cant see you having trouble.
