Was able to get this gun today. Bore was clean. Gun has been polished and stock refinished. Doesn’t hold air so will have to get it fixed. Gave $50.00 for it.

Maybe just needs a little Mac 1 secret sauce or an alcohol flush then sauce. Don’t be so eager to take it apart.

You can make your own version of secret sauce by mixing motorcyle fork oil and 80/90 weight gear oil at a 50/50 ratio.

Unless it's already been swapped out, yours probably has the flat top piston seal that is molded onto the piston head. You will have to get the updated head so that an aftermarket seal will fit.
