I have a air filter installed on the intake but do they make one for the output. Is it necessary and where would I buy one?

If you have a desiccant filter on the input you should be good to go.
If you NEVER want to worry about moisture then look into renting a 6000 psi Nitrogen bottle from a welding supply house and buy a fill adapter from Joe Brancato at http://airtanksforsale.com/
