No, probably no way to discern your 132's birth year.

The Manic Compressive (copyright 1998) included five 8.5x11" pages of model dating of Benjamin, Crosman and Sheridan airguns. The first year of production of Benjamin 132 models (as taken from Benjamin factory letters) was 1942. I doubt Benjamin was concerned enough with keeping more detailed records than that for you to uncover more information than that, however most models evolved/devolved to various degrees during their production runs.
Given your's has wood furniture and traces of it's original brass construction, plated in nickel, under a black top finish, it's certainly an early version. Here's how nice it would have looked in the 1940's-

Crosman's first Co2 pistols were bulk-fill (starting in 1949), and included a 10 ounce fill tank. A highly customized Crosman 111 (by Ron Robinson)-
