I have had 2 of these compressors - one we still use regularly up at the big range and one which I sold to a friend, who still uses it regularly at home. Personally I have never had any issues with these units.
When I purchased mine 2 & 3 years ago, Optics Planet had the best prices, at about $1,350, plus sales tax/free shipping.
But this Labor Day weekend only (?), Benjamin direct is listing these on sale for $1,011.59. Use the discount code WELCOME10 and get it for $910 shipped! Yes, free shipping and they did not charge sales tax for a sale to California.
In my opinion, a really darned good price for a very capable PCP compressor.
