Benjamin Traveler Now Shipping!

This is an ideal unit for me but as this is a completely new design and it's made in China, there are bound to be issues of various kinds. I think I will wait until most of them are sorted out. By that time my Yong Heng should approach the end of it's life and the price of the Traveler will drop significantly. There may even be clones with comparable performance available :)

Don't forget to check the power setting on the power supply, check psi on the auto shut off, and double check the fill hose connection its hard to get it properly attached. First fill 0-2000 psi in 4 minutes with no issues. Be careful not to mistake the BAR setting for PSI. The PSI setting is on the outside of the dial and hard to see.

Thanks for the added info. I'm pretty nervous about it. Big purchase for me at this point. Going to be months before I'm comfortable with the hand pump though, so it's a big deal. Just been shooting my pistols in the garage for a while. Want to get outside with the long gun again! I do have confidence that Crosman will make good any problems, so I'm willing to put up with the teething pains if they arise.

Glad it was helpful. I was also supersized at how cool the unit runs on short fills. Normally I recommend the Shoebox F10 compressor based on quality, price, and serviceability. The Benjamin Travelers flexibility, Crosman 1 year warranty, and low price with the Airgun Nation discount make it hard to resist. With the discount It cost less after shipping than the Shoebox F-10. It's compact, and operates on AC or DC current. The Shoe box is great for filling tanks and the Traveler is great for filling airguns at home or in the field. It can also be placed in a suitcase when you fly. I think tanks must be disassembled.

Mine will arrive on Moday -wahoo!

Thanks agfan for the tips and the notice that it is available. I signed up for stock alerts, but your notice was faster.

Pump arrived, set up and running in 5 mins flat.

Some notes:

1. The Benji pump does not have a lube port.

2. The 12v power supply arrived set to 230v. On the back side of the little box, there is a yellow sticker near a square hole. Before you apply power, move the dip switch to 110v.

3. The whole kit fits back in the shipping box for stowage. It was hard fornme to not rip the box open like a kid at Christmas,

Get them pumping, then

Shoot'em good
