Arm pit to armpit is 23/24" across (46/48" full circle) Waist is 22" across cinched (44" full circle) .... 26" at the hips .... 33"tall on the back side. Inside dimensions are of course a little tighter due to thickness of material.
It was a good fit for me at a 42" waist. But I lost some weight, down to 38" so now it's a little to big. Just not snug tight anymore when cinched around my core.
Ideal fit for someone with a Large to XL frame, 42"-46" waist but there is more adjustment room for waist and hips if needed
