Bent my Alpha Wolf barrel 🥺/ UPDATED 😁

You are incorrect with your reply about my inability to grasp the pellets trajectory path. My question was that the scope zeroed at 25 yards, would continue to be zeroed, out past 25 yards shooting a barrel that was bent. Thinking the scope was a straight line adjusted to the poi of the pellet, or intersecting that point, and as the pellet continued on it trajectory, the scope would not be aligned to the poi as the pellet continues becaue it was adjusted in a straight line to the distance of 25 yards. If you look at post 16, you will see my question was not about trajectory of the pellet but the scope being aligned the whole flight path of the pellet...have a quality day.
Unless your scope is perfectly aligned center to center over your barrel, there will be an intersecting point anyway.

After glancing around in study, I can't get a grasp on error math vs distance via a misaligned bore to scope relation at given distances. Burris rings with inserts seem to be the quick solution for those wanting to solve this. without shifting the entire scope angle ,would there not be intersection differences at different distances.?

Where a deviation in windage CAN HAPPEN over increasing distance ?
Is when you have Optics CANT, in that the scopes reticle IS NOT aligned vertical to center of barrel bore.

POA / POI set at a specific distance it does not matter and you won't see the CANT effect if present, but leave that specific distance the shots closer than zero range will go to one side and shots further than zero range will go to the other side and keep going wider further out you shoot..
You witness this ... IT IS CANT ERROR.

A scope that has been optically adjusted with turret for windage correction will align to barrel and send said pellet parallel to the barrel. It is when the optics are not aligned to bore that side/side motion starts shifting with distance.

You can shoot the same distance but use your mildots for example and hold over and under and see the shots run diagonal . Of course you can can't your hold or the can't in the mounting . Straight and true is tough on each side of things . ( Opinion)
