Benjamin Best Bulldog yet?

I have tried the bulldog .457, .357 and now the .257 . Of the three this one has got to be the best as far as consistency and accuracy out of the box. Happy camper for sure.

Going with Rick, shooter 1721 and Rich @ AR suggestion for Griffin 68 gn hpbt.

The 68 grain shot well too. The 66 was just a hair better for mine. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Would love to see Benjamin come out with a regulated version. Pitbull Airguns did a nice littler series on the .257 over on YT as well.

The testing that Pitbull Airguns published on YouTube was pretty thorough regarding the .257 Bulldog.

I recently acquired a .257 Bulldog. Yesterday, I did some initial tests at 45yds right out of the box with 71gr 257420 and 86gr 257388 slugs. The 71gr at 905fps was more accurate. The 86gr was not as accurate but higher fpe (885fps, 150fpe). Both tested at 3000psi.

I did a complete tear down after that first session and was impressed with the design. I got it to have a light enough, high power big bore to shoot effectively while standing. The plan is to do a .308 conversion with considerably more FPE than the stock .257.
