These three hand knobs are drain valves on an Alkin. You crack the two on the left every 10 minutes to drain any accumulated moisture. The one on the right side is primarily to depressurize the dessicant drier, but it’s not impossible for some moisture to come out of there. Though I personally have not had it happen.
