It’s resolved I think , got a email from a person saying they could ship today. I did try to cancel yesterday.I did a chat with a computer from Dacks couple hours ago , no profanity just stated how lack of trust with an online store can add up and negative comments will follow. I may have got their attention cause I got an email from a( Im assuming a person) that said will resolve sale one way or another.

Well that was then , last Friday was told will refund.Just a heads up on Dacks, I ordered and paid for a Hatsan neutron star on Dec. 7 . They give you a homey story that it will take “ up to 30 days” well on day 28 I enquired how the order is going. Computer bots is all I get , and that even threatens you that emailing again will put you at the end of the line. Every day it’s someone will get to you within 24 hours.
I hope my Capital One has some kind of buyer protection. I usually pay through PayPal as they have a good protection plan.
but Dacks doesn’t offer PayPal.

I got mine from GunZone Deals , great experience and cheap $420.FWIW, I got my Zelos from DE Guns. Took about 8 days to get it to their showroom - I picked it up in-person.
Total was about $475 after tax.
Overall happy that I saved quite a bit over full retail costs.

i finally had to open a claim with Capital One. Dacks would just not respond. Originally Cap one said I had to contact Dacks again, which I didn’t agree with and wanted buyer protection or would leave after many years and many dollars..That was 1/18 Saturday. On the 20th I received refund only cause Capital One stepped in. I don’t believe their whole bulls it storyI’m curious to know if Dack refunded you - in full?
I’m currently on day 25 waiting for a Zelos ordered from Dack to ship, or process, or any change of status since my CC was billed. I’m prepared to request a cancellation on day 31, which according to Dack’s policy should not involve a restocking fee.
