Who makes the best hand pumps for high pressure pcp rifles? Looking for something that will go to 4500 psi, but one that will last a long, long time. Thanks!

That would be my Hill pump . . . it went in there about 11 years ago . . .The one you throw in the closet cause you bought a nice compressor..
. . . but it won't hit 4500 psi.

You see a lot of the just get the Amazon $60+/- pumps . 40-200$ hand pumps just don't sound fun regardless
Especially when a box compressor is at $140. Ijdk . Anyway it's the main reason I don't do PCP .. it's just silly just to shoot a pellet in the end ..lol

Many new PCP owners start with a hand pump, some continue for a lifetime, most, however, quickly move on to high-pressure-air compressors, setting the hand pump aside as backup. Not sure where you'll fit in, but would you rather have a $50 Chinese pump in the closet or a big dollar one? WM

Just buy one of the cheap Amazon ones. Pretty easy to keep going with a few orings. Dont get hung up on the 4500. You won’t hand pump to 4500.

Agreed! The cheap pumps work just fine. Hand pumping past 3000psi is another story completely.

I just bought a $120 gage with a foster fitting on it to test and set my compressor and all PCP guns with ,cause all gages read a bit different l

I did purchase the Huber, and I wish I had done that back when I got into PCPs, it is way better than the Hill pumps I had been using!

A member here @AirShootist did a Video testing 3 Hand pumps. An Inexpensive "Orcair" vs an FX and a Hill pump. It kept up with them no problem for much less $$$.
