OK, I'll bite.

How about a recoilless springer like the Diana/RWS 54, but really SHORT? OK, I'll say it: make a
recoilless springer bullpup. And please, if the manufacturer is already grousing out the AG traditionalists who like traditional sporter rifles, blued steel, and wood, he might as well make it flat black and synthetic, plz.

I'd like to see the
no-POI-shift and ruggedness of Eastern Europe guns to offer the
external adjustability (REG, HST, no-degas switch-bottle) of FX guns. Oh, and not to forget, FX bullpups can learn from the Eastern Europeans on how to
make buttstocks that aren't bloated (i.e., the buttstock is only as long as mechanically absolutley necessary).

I'd like to put together a couple of things:
▪ The
airtubes of AEA guns (not those airtubes that the manufacturer makes so small as if to hide them and make the user think it is a traditional sporter PB rifle — when in fact it is an AG bullpup).
▪ The
shrouds of EDguns —
large diameter and highly effective — and the
stiffness increasing, decorative lines of the Airmaks Katran (not those noodles and drinking straws that FX and others are offering).
Dreaming is fun!

Thanks, Dave, for the revive.

Reading through my previous post — I guess have cooled to the idea of a
synthetic springer bullpup. It's a nice idea, but it's just too loud, so — scratch that for me.

The mentioned
large shrouds EGgun have been bested by
AGT's shrouds on U2 and V3 — because they are not just large, but
beautiful (with their
"fluting" or whatever we can call that).
(RTI's Mora is even larger, well done. And
AirMaks has similar fluting optics, just not the large diameter.)
I'd love to see similar shrouds offered by all manufacturers as an option when making the purchase. I'd pay $50 extra, no prob.

My thirst for power has not been quenched yet (I know, I've caught the power virus pretty bad).
So, I applaud
RTI for their Mora:
▪Very high power.
▪And — something new on my list of interest: Offering the option of
larger calibers (beyond the .30cal) — in this case:
9mm.
Dream Gun

RTI's Mora:
bullpup (short!), externally adjustable regulator, very high power, swappable caliber choices up to
9mm, extra large bottle option, MOA adjustable rail, witness holes, max. 300bar pressure

with a shroud that looks like an AGT U2/V3 shroud

with the gun more shaped like an FX Impact/ Maverick (not the boat-paddle-shaped buttstock of the Mora), and with the hot-swappable bottle (I'll take a hard pass on the drinking straw barrels).

But I want to be honest:
I already have a better gun than the gun I dreamt of just a couple of years ago. ➧ So, I'll be content with what I have.* Because it's really, really awesome...!!!
I imagine, airgunners just 10 years ago
couldn't imagine the performance we have at our fingertips today!!
Matthias
*No, I don't even have the Mora....
