I haven't used one but I doubt it is the best for what I like to do - shooting the 30 yard competition. Kind of benchrest shooting. I do it with a bipod in front and a monopod in back. Quite steady but I have to shift it between shots to avoid wanting to lean on the gun and mess up my follow through. A joystick rest should fix this for me. Caldwell offers one, the "fire control". Comes either one piece or just a front rest. But I am pretty sure a "SEB" is better - at several times the cost. But if this rest works for you then it could be the best one for you and what you use a rest for.
