So what is the best tune-up kit for this Air Rifle? I want to maximize power while still keeping accuracy.

Target shooting and plinking. I guess I should ask best kit for max power, best kit for good balance of quietness, power, and accuracy

It’s already very accurate ,what you want to do is minimize recoil but keeping some sort of fps.
Usually people with these rifles take the power down because of the cocking effort. Some TXs come from stock with power shims ,maybe try going with a smaller top hat. and try and some tar lube to keep the spring noise down . Shoot and see if you like the feeling. Minimize a shim here and there……..
Some people go straight to the aftermarket kit. and realize they don’t like the 12ish lower fpe. those rifles are fun/easy to work on , Research ask questions then you can figure out how you wanna do (you’re) rifle.

I don't know if it's the "best" or not, but I'm very happy with the full power Vortek PG4 kit I installed in my TX200. It took all the vibration and buzz out of the shot cycle, just kind of a solid whack now. It did lose some speed over the factory spring, the improved shot cycle and accuracy makes up for it though.

I always put a Vortek kit in mine as was very happy "max" power depends on caliber of course but 15 f/lbs if probably the most you can hope to get out of one.

I have never used a kit, always used factory parts unless a faulty part needed replacing. My current MK3 has all factory parts, just cleaned, lubed, spring ends polished, shims to fine tune the firing cycle. Mine shoots 8.4 gn AA pellets at 900 fps and will group with the best!! Very little recoil, no buzz, extremely consistant, kits can make for a quick and easy tune but your actual performance and accuracy will be no different than a tune with factory parts as long as they are in good condition. Unless you looking to make a big change like dropping down or going up in power

I have a .177 Pro Sport that's tuned to a bit over 12 fpe (Depending on the pellet used) and am Very happy with it. Plenty of power for small game and it's a Dream to shoot.

You might consider goingvthru the gun to clean, deburr and properly lube, you will be quite surprised how much better it will become !!

Well I purchased the Vortek PG4 HO to only find out it does not work with this TX200HC model. I thought the TX200HC model was the exact same thing as the TX200 except for barrel length?

It is the same. Are you having problems cocking the rifle? I ordered (2) kits at the same time for my .22 HC and for my standard .22 mk3. One was a full coil longer than the other. Both of them I had to sand down the diameter of the top hat in order for them to fully cock and set the safety.

I'm guessing the difference in tolerance is in the spring kit? Mine went in fine, the only time it doesn't set the safety is if I don't make a full stroke when cocking. It averages 904 with AA 8.4's.

So I opened it back up and there was a spacer and piece I took out from the OEM kit. Now the bear trap engages but the safety does not set which means it does not make a full stroke when cocking with the Vortek PG4 kit installed. When I install the OEM kit back in all works well

Match up your height completely loaded with spring guide to top hat- next to the OEM setup. make sure the height is very similar or the (same) as the original.
