Thanks for all the recommendations. Hard to say who is best. After posting this I did find some old posts on this topic and similar names come up.

Also one recommendation for Motorhead that I will tally here because previous posts mention him many times it seems.
Appears like all of these are good options. Now I just need to choose which one---probably based on price, turnaround time and shipping proximity.
