N/A Best value PCP?

Age causes that effect on all of us...
Called my oft visited orthopedic centers pain management department. Was aiming to renew an old opiate script to help with my many worn joints. I had read the feds had to lighten up on the taking away of peoples pain meds. So I was told no way you’re getting drugs. You have to schedule appointments for each individual joint. had both shoulders worked on , one was successful. Left ankle last Monday. Haven’t shot guns, can’t keep foot down. Next comes right wrist and both elbows.
Then another tour of the left shoulder….

Oh hell, that started in my 20s. I lack that top athlete indestructible joint gene.
I used to be an elite/gifted hockey player and have/had those genes......."Indestructible" is a bad choice of words. I broke and healed many times.

I'm still playing but, I'm slowing down and take two to three extra days to recuperate.

Next month will be 2 years fully retired. While retiring from main job at 62
and going back as a non working consultant for 4 more years I still felt vital,
tough even. I knew my age but didn’t show it. Now I’m 68 and have allowed
myself to deteriorate. Doesn’t help my 7 year younger wife is skeletally a mess.
Oh well gonna try setting up target and sitting at cellar bench.

I picked up an Avenger Bullpup off of Craigslist for $150 about a year ago. New I think they’re around $400 and it’s a pretty good gun even at that price. I’m impressed by what I got for the money even after ordering magazines that it didn’t come with. At the same time however, I’m not really satisfied with it. Accuracy is pretty good, but not amazing, it’s a bit noisier than I would like and it just doesn’t feel like a high quality gun when you hold it. It doesn’t feel like junk though, just utilitarian. The kind of gun that uses steel instead of carbon fiber for a barrel shroud.

The Huben K1 is a seriously impressive gun, but it costs close to $2000 and I feel it has some safety issues that make it less than ideal. Still though, it’s accurate, powerful, efficient, quiet, semiautomatic, compact, handles nicely and looks good and that’s a hell of a lot of pros to make up for very few cons.
