i just rotate the mag until i have an empty slot in the magazine aligned with the barrel. dry firing doesnt rotate the magazine over.I picked up an Avenger Bullpup off of Craigslist for $150 about a year ago. New I think they’re around $400 and it’s a pretty good gun even at that price. I’m impressed by what I got for the money even after ordering magazines that it didn’t come with. At the same time however, I’m not really satisfied with it. Accuracy is pretty good, but not amazing, it’s a bit noisier than I would like and it just doesn’t feel like a high quality gun when you hold it. It doesn’t feel like junk though, just utilitarian. The kind of gun that uses steel instead of carbon fiber for a barrel shroud.
The Huben K1 is a seriously impressive gun, but it costs close to $2000 and I feel it has some safety issues that make it less than ideal. Still though, it’s accurate, powerful, efficient, quiet, semiautomatic, compact, handles nicely and looks good and that’s a hell of a lot of pros to make up for very few cons.
i have the budget notos and a not so budget k1.. i think i’m set for a while.
