Matt and Abdul form Oregon (sorry, I don't know your complete names)

I apologize if I have forgotten anyone. Safe travels and get many Xs.
Doug's wife Vipha as well..

"chasdicapua"Ken, I was going to send you and Todd and e-mail, but will take the opportunity here to add my well wishes.

May the winds blow fairly at just the right moment.
May you have that perfect lot of pellets at your disposal
May you do well in the competition and feel good about it.

Above all else, enjoy!

Go RAW, Go team USA!!

Chas
Thanks Guys, and thank you Chas, your a ok guy brother, enjoyed shooting beside ya in NY. 2019 maybe your up for S Africa!!

Good clean fun and nice folks representing the U.S. I've met Doug & Vipa - before morning coffee- at FT shoot's both very nice people. She was so serious about sighting in a very custom ( his & her's ) P70ish rifle , just amazing to watch and then after it was "just so" asked me if I would like to shoot it, no, but thank you.
Believ that was the year Doug had a break down and had to double up with Ray and a Crosman Challenger to finish? No matter.

Hope everyone has fun and safe travels.

John

Yes don't forget Vipha! She's very likely to beat most or all the guys!

It is Matt and Abdul Lababedy. They are father and son, are from Northern California. Abdul is only 11 or 12, and consistently scores with top adult benchresters! Both are excellent, experienced shooters. I got to know them better sharing a bench with them at 2016 Nationals.

Good luck to all - go USA!

Team Capt Todd Banks filing Thomas block to pass tech.

Team USA checking in..........
conditions very challenging, fighting up and down draft, we are learning very well. Today is first official training day, equipment table are very scarse one to two tables per team... not near whats needed, but we make due. Today is first day of smooth organizing, last 2 days not so much, but they were not official match days.

Team status----- RAW and Dawson rifles are strong, performing great. Team came to Solvenia with 3 Thomas rifles.
Two Thomas shooters abandon Team USA, they werent happy with anything that i could tell....3rd Thomas didnt make Tech inspection, forehand block is wider than 3"....... Same rifle has issues with screws backing out, cold temps of the airline didnt agree with it i guess.... complete disassembled and re tighten these twice..... very unfortunate, RAW shootes will attempt to repair tonight at home. Team morale is good, we will push hard and keep focus.

Prayers and best wishes appreciated
-Ken
