Skout Between these 2?

I am looking at the BRK Ghost vs the Skout Epoch in 25 cal.

It will be a bench shooter with 34 gr pellets at mostly 100 yards.

Looking for ultimate accuracy as a priority, which would you recommend?

Both are solid. I had a guy at my field caution about the epochs as they are still improving it and working little bugs out. There is a wealth of knowledge on them here. I would certainly read the threads on them to help inform yourself. The customer service sounds second to none. I likely will add an epoch at some point but maybe next season as Id like to do some more long range shooting first and the season is winding down in ohio. Plus I have been spending a bit too much on rifles and I need to take a break with that some lol. I do want to support a place with such good service as Skout is providing.

The ghost is a solid performer and proven. Aoa gives good support here and franklink is a guru with them.

I'll likely be dropping my 25 cal barrel into my ghost as I have a feeling I might be adding another rifle to the collection. I wont be needing 4 rifles in 177.

I own both. The Ghost in .22 and the Epoch in .25. Both came from Bin at the Pellet Shop and he has provided service beyond “terrific.” My experience with AOA over now many transactions has been equally great.

I am still working to get the Epoch to shoot where I know it is fully capable of, and I am certain I will get there. It is an amazingly well engineered piece of equipment but as such advanced items often go, there are so many features to coordinate, I am finding it is taking a while to get everything in perfect sync and harmony.

The Ghost is just the opposite - very simple and deadly accurate and a much lighter platform.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either.

Thanks, I have searched and read almost everything on this forum regarding these 2, I have a Brocock Bantam HR and it is the only PCP that I have never had to repair also my oldest high end PCP, it is a tank.

I really like the 25 round mag on the Epoch, and I also enjoy tuning and playing with diff pellets and speeds, that is why my Mav Sniper get the most use, still leaning toward the Ghost as it is cheaper and have a concern about the Epoch being new and possible problems that have not surfaced yet
