Saw that the pellet shop had a flash sale a couple of days ago so I placed an order. PS texted me to notify me that a tin was bent on the lid and even showed me the ammo inside the tin, and offered to refund me if I didn’t want it. I asked if at least a high percentage of pellets were dent free and they said yes, and confirmed that the ammo look untouched to damage, so I took the tin anyway. Point being is I’ve never had anyone contact me letting me know a tin was dented and asked permission to deduct it from my order. My order of nine tins cleaned up what they had in stock of this pellet type so it’s not like they could’ve just grabbed another tin.
