Next weekend is suppose to be above freezing temperatures. It's in development, only one has been sent off for evaluation.
I used to send the Long John but since it went out of production and I haven't been able to secure the rights, I had to ask for design help and I found a good candidate.
I'm printing more of them but I need to follow the rules etc here.
I'll post one on my Notos hopefully this weekend but I need to get outdoor numbers i.e. when it's not -20°!
Don't count on that!I'm modifying your gun as soon as its for sale, I putting a larger bottle on it and swapping out that poorly engineered cocking lever first off,I BEG of you, put me out of business!!!

Be interested to see the post of one

Yeah I’m gonna get one. I love the size and form factor. Wish I would have waited on the Notos.Blah blah…everyone will buy this damn thing (you know you will so stop it) and we will have just as many 1k whatever this thing is called as we have 1k plus modified notos guns out there.
Hoping to play with it Monday. I'll post my thoughts and be unbiased. I'll get some photo proof if I can.Definitely liking the look and concept, will wait to read and see what the early adopters write up… Looks to be a perfect little PCP to get youngsters to shoot. Definitely less expensive than my Atomic XR. So I wouldn’t have a problem with rough kid useage. I foresee a Micro Strike in my stable, speaking to supposed “low power”, the pests and targets. They find my 17 and 25 FPE BRKs… Simply irresistible… We understand the need or want for “more power” but the majority come to airguns for their ”low power” goodness…

I do like the gun, I think it has merit but here is an open letter to AV:
"AV, listen up. We have the Notos, it has flaws, we understand that this carbine has several changes that the Notos does not have (thank you) but you really need to read this thread and comment as we go on. We have the world wide audience of those that care about airguns and we are not just throwing out BS.
PLEASE consider the biathlon cocking lever and stop this flat lever crap that started with the Notos!
You WANT to cream the Notos, you CAN be the one we choose but you NEED to follow the will of the users and put a useable gloved hand cocking lever on the Micro Strike!!

$399 is MSRP.....often times, MSRP is a bit higher than what a product actually retails for.$399 is the price per the video.
Have to agree, the Micro Strike looks good as is… Modifying it is fine for those inclined, but it looks sweet as designed. That some are already modding it in their heads? Shows this one will be a winner, I am definitely interested in the Micro Strike..Not sure if the flat lever issue you are referencing is with the actual shape, or the fact that it lays flush with the breech on the Notos? Or Both? In the case of the MicroStrike, it does not lay flush. I will try and grab a top down picture so you can see the space better. FWIW, first gun I saw do this was the Ataman AP16, that's where the Notos took the nod from.
One of the considerations with the lever design was the folding stock. A larger drop down lever, or even a cocking arm that protrudes further from the action would have impeded the ability to get the stock to fold all the way.
While I didn't know you were "in business," I have zero desire to put you out of it. I WANT a healthy aftermarket for AV products. I think you should modify the gun to suit your needs, if that's what you want to do. Understand that some things (a bottle for example) are not practical from a price standpoint. While I know many of you here will not think twice about laying down the same money to modify a gun as you spent on the gun itself (lord knows I've done it too), I know there are a larger percentage of customers that will, and that will likely cause them to not purchase at all.
I enjoy seeing what becomes of these products once they are out there, it never ceases to amaze me. I am sure that this one will be no different, and I can't wait to see what you do with it.
