Bipod mount and FX radar mount, all in one.

This is what I came up with to mount my FX radar and extend my bipod mount.

1)30mm OD x 27mm ID 420mm long carbon fiber tube.

2) UTG 30mm picatinny scope rings. 

1) Generic 30mm scope ring picatinny adapter.

Good idea. Have you tried the bipod out towards the end to check for flex? I know the extended picatinny bar on my Impact has quite a bit of flex if the bipod is further out.

I did try it and there was too much flex in it for me.

That's a pretty nifty solution. I was wanting to try something similar with my chrony, but I had a difficult time finding the parts I wanted. I eventually came up with something using the Sabre Tactical arca rail, and a short section of picatinny rail mounted through the bottom using tee nuts.

I extended my bipod forward about 6" using that method, plenty of rigidity, but I am not sure that I like how much height it adds to the setup.
