Sheridan Blue Streak Help

Well, this is where it all started for me. I have in my possession the actual 1st airgun I’ve shot, my uncle’s Sheridan Blue Streak. The bolt works and trigger/safety is functional. Problems are the barrel has separated from the tube towards the rear and doesn’t hold air when pumped. I want to make this functional again. Who is my person?

I mailed mine Friday to Baker airguns for pump rebuild. Don't know if they can help with barrel separation. Mine did the same thing a couple years after I bought it and sent it back to Sheridan but that was in 1977.

Baker does not resolder Sheridans to the best of my knowledge, but please check before taking that as gospel.
Tim at Mac1 airgun is rumored to be THE GUY for such an operation, and is also well versed in power plant rebuilds.

Micheals Lock Stock and Barrel in Alabama. Google him, he did a superb job on a Blue Streak I now have.

Baker does resolder barrels. I should know I worked for them and resoldered a bunch of them. Common problem with the Sheridans particularly if someone used a clamp on scope mount.

Curious as well. Just discovered what you did. I sure hope he's still in business. I came here looking for answers.
