BM500 HV up to 940 fps with 25 gn`s,, is it possible ??

trying to get a BM500 HV up to speed for Unlimited 50m . we raised the reg up to the point of no increase in velocity about 630 fps with 25 gn pellets ,, THEN dropped in the heavier hammer spring from my HM1000X and it went up to 680 fps , and thats it

looking for suggestions like aftermarket Regulator , who`s and where from ??
and extra plenum in between or under ??
Hammer and springs maybe
Coil spring for the Reg ??

please help with suggestions and Thanks in Advance . Oh and we are in Australia so need to get parts posted out

I understand that you need to enlarge the transfer port a bit, install a high efficiency valve, install an external plenum of at least 40cc and anti hammer bounce device with a bit stronger spring.

It should do the trick 👍

My BM500X .22 is shooting 25 grain pellets at around 950fps with a similar set up.

Regulator is around 150 bars.

Following is my HM1000X. It has .22 barrel of my BM500X right now.

I was able to shoot BM500X at around 925fps without external plenum when I used high efficiency valve and SSG.

Then I installed the same barrel in my HM1000X with larger transfer port. My HM1000X has also external plenum.

I can achieve upto 980 fps in this setup with 25 grain pellets.

But again I think getting it done by Martin would be better for you, as I don't know about your technical skills.
