Events Boerne (San Antonio) Field Target Club Match Saturday, January 16th 2021

Hello Fellow Shooters,

We hope you had a restful, and healthy holiday season! The Boerne Field Target Club will hold its first match of the year on Saturday, January 16th. Our Course Engineer, Jim C., built some site in stands for the upper kneeling and standing lanes, and also some vastly improved target stands in the site in range. He also made a new course configuration. As before, it will be a 60 shot match, on 10 lanes. So take your antihistamine as applicable for the mountain cedar pollen, and come join us this month!



The usual info: 

The gate will be open at 0800 for sighting in and the match will begin promptly at 0900. Water, hand sanitizer, and socially-distanced camaraderie will be available. Along with the current CDC guidelines, you may also opt to shoot alone on a lane if you wish. Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can shoot with us that day. This match will be at 33 Shooting Club Road, Boerne, TX. Let us know if you have any questions and also please let me know if you're coming. The cost is $20, and new shooters will enjoy a free first match.

Hello Fellow Shooters,

We regret that we need to cancel this Saturday's match due to weather conditions.

Our policy is if rain is at 50% or greater, or temperatures will be under 40 degrees. At site-in time, temperatures in Boerne are forecasted for 31 degrees which makes for miserable shooting. We also only had 3 people who said they could be at the match that day. We will try again next month, Saturday, February 20th. Stay safe, and keep practicing!
